Replium

Replium is a help center and live chat built for teams that do support without a support department. Publish answers to common questions once, so customers can find them at any hour. Add the chat widget to your site for questions that need a person, and manage those conversations in one shared inbox with private notes and email alerts. A free plan is available for small teams. Setup starts with a few articles, the widget, and an invitation to the teammate who also answers customers.
