Dagmor

Dagmor helps call centres, customer service teams and market researchers see what happened across recorded conversations. Upload recordings and get a Call Log that keeps each original recording name beside its transcript, so a reviewer can read first and play the call when needed. Use your own review script or draft one from calls, then keep a person in control of final decisions. Hero Scores highlight strong agent work. Conduct, coverage and trend reports show what happened and which calls were missed. Dagmor also reads what customers say between survey answers, not only the ticked boxes. Teams that only want finished reports can upload their calls without running daily reviews in Dagmor. The published price is €0.04 per recorded minute, with campaign terms agreed in advance.
